Product customization

A board game mat helps keep the table organized and improves comfort during play. The surface makes it easier to pick up cards and tokens, while also helping protect the tabletop from minor scratches and reducing the shifting of accessories.

A non-slip base stabilizes the mat so it stays in place during the game. The material can also soften the sound of dice and components, improving comfort during longer sessions, especially on hard tables.

The mat is easy to store and transport when rolled. The surface is practical to clean, and for refreshing it, the product can be machine washed (delicate cycle, low temperature).

You upload the file, we print it in-house in Poland. We usually ship within 1–2 working days.

How it works

  1. Pick a size

    Choose a size from the list next to the “Add image” button. You will find the exact dimensions in the “Size chart” tab.

  2. Upload your artwork

    Click “Add image” and choose a PNG or JPG file. You will see the preview on the product straight away, and the magnifier lets you zoom in on the details.

  3. Order, we handle the rest

    We print in-house and usually ship within 1–2 working days. The estimated delivery date is shown below the “Add to cart” button.

What file should I prepare?

PNG or JPG, ideally at 300 DPI. The better the original, the sharper the print.

Can you help with my artwork?

Yes. Write to kontakt@tilt.pl and we will tell you whether the file works and what to improve. Our designers will try to improve weaker artwork before printing, but there are limits: a 400 × 200 px image will look pixelated.

How long does a custom print take?

We usually ship within 1–2 working days, as long as the file is well prepared. If the artwork needs fixing, it takes a little longer. The estimated delivery date is shown below the “Add to cart” button.

How much is delivery?

Delivery within Poland is free when there are at least 2 products in your cart. Otherwise, you will see the delivery cost in the cart before you pay.

Can I return a custom-printed product?

No, because we make it just for you. If something is wrong with it, file a complaint at kontakt@tilt.pl – you have 24 months from delivery.

What should I watch out for?

Copyright: we do not print logos of well-known brands, and for game artwork check the studio’s rules. Also large white areas: they print less well than colours.

How do you print? Will it wear off?

With sublimation, in-house in Poland. The dye goes into the fabric instead of sitting on top, so the print does not rub off when you clean it. Just avoid long exposure to sun and high temperatures.

How do I clean or wash it?

When needed, you can machine-wash it on a gentle cycle at a low temperature.

Can you make a custom size?

No, we only produce the selected sizes available on the product page.

Safety Warnings Regarding the Use of Pads and Mats - Tilt Holding P.S.A.

This list of safety warnings has been developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety (GPSR). It aims to protect users from possible hazards resulting from improper use.     Avoid storing the pad or mat in a damp environment for extended periods, as this can weaken their anti-slip properties or cause damage.
  • Working Risk:
    Do not use the pad or mat on uneven or unstable surfaces, as this can affect the accuracy of devices such as a mouse.

3. Maintenance

  • Cleaning:
    • When cleaning the pad or mat, use a damp cloth or mild detergent, avoiding aggressive chemicals.
    • Before reuse, ensure the pad or mat is completely dry to prevent sliding.
  • Quality Control:
    • Regularly inspect pads and mats for damage such as tears, deformations, or fading, as these can reduce effectiveness.
    • If the mat or pad shows signs of significant wear, such as material abrasion or loss of grip, it is advisable to replace it to ensure comfort and safety.

4. Additional Warnings

  • Product Modifications
    Do not attempt to modify the pad or mat yourself, such as adding anti-slip components or changing its structure, as this may affect its performance.
  • Child Protection
    Store the pad and mat out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental damage or ingestion.
  • The product is intended for use by individuals over 14 years of age.
  • This product is not edible. Do not eat.
